Custom Order Agreement

At **Caitlin’s Custom Fine Jewelry**, many of our pieces are custom designed or made-to-order specifically for each client.

By placing an order for a custom or made-to-order item, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

* The design specifications, including **stone type, size, shape, metal type, and setting style**, have been reviewed and approved prior to production.

* Once production has begun, **orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded**.

* All custom and made-to-order jewelry is considered **final sale**.

If design renderings, CAD images, or stone selections are provided for approval prior to production, it is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all details before providing final approval.

Once approval is given, **Caitlin’s Custom Fine Jewelry is not responsible for design changes requested after production has begun**.

Custom jewelry is created specifically for the client and therefore **is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund**.
