Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

At Caitlin’s Custom Fine Jewelry, each piece is individually crafted and always made to order specifically for our clients. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, **all sales are final**.

We **do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges**, and **refunds will not be issued** once an order has been placed or production has begun.

By placing an order with Caitlin’s Custom Fine Jewelry, the client acknowledges and agrees that the piece is being created specifically for them and therefore **is not eligible for return or refund**.

12-Month Craftsmanship Warranty

While all sales are final, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry.

All pieces include a **12-month craftsmanship warranty** beginning on the date the item is delivered to the client. This warranty covers **manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship** under normal wear.

If a manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period, **Caitlin’s Custom Fine Jewelry will repair the item at no cost to the client.**

### Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear
* Scratches, dents, or bent prongs from regular use
* Stone loss caused by impact, damage, or improper wear
* Damage caused by accidents or misuse
* Repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by another jeweler
* Loss or theft of jewelry or stones

Any work performed by a third party will **void the warranty**.

### Repair Requests

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your **order number, description of the issue, and photos of the piece**. Our team will evaluate the request and provide instructions for repair if the issue qualifies under warranty coverage.

### Jewelry Care

Fine jewelry should be worn with care. We recommend removing jewelry during strenuous activity, sleeping, swimming, or exposure to chemicals to help preserve the integrity and beauty of your piece.
