Once an item has been completed and shipped, the client will receive **tracking information and delivery confirmation**.

Once a package has been marked as **delivered by the carrier**, Caitlin’s Custom Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is lost in transit prior to confirmed delivery, a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and insurance provider. Replacement or resolution will be handled once the carrier investigation has been completed.
